- Each tour package or customized itinerary published on our website or shared via email/WhatsApp includes specific details such as:

- These itinerary-specific terms shall prevail over this general Terms & Conditions page.

3. Booking & Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only after receipt of advance payment.
- Verbal or WhatsApp confirmations without payment are not considered final.

4. Pricing & Validity
- Prices mentioned in itineraries are valid only for the mentioned dates and number of guests.
- Prices may change due to:
- Hotel tariff changes
- Seasonal demand
- Government taxes or local regulations
Once confirmed and paid, prices will not change unless the itinerary is modified by the guest.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation and refund rules are clearly mentioned in each itinerary.
- In absence of a written cancellation policy, hotel and transport provider rules will apply.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days after deductions.
6. Child Policy

7. Hotel Policy

8. Transportation Policy
- Vehicles are provided strictly as per itinerary and are not on disposal unless specified.
- AC may not function in hilly areas or during extreme cold.

- In case of road closures or restrictions, alternate sightseeing will be offered where possible.
- No refunds will be applicable for missed sightseeing due to such conditions.

- Charges are payable directly at the destination.

- Service deficiencies by third-party providers
